Mr. Horwitz has started and managed numerous ventures which include: a financial services company serving medical and allied health professionals, national and international restaurant chains, and a national women`s apparel company. He is currently a partner in The Walnut Group, a diversified private equity firm, where he coordinates deal flow and relationship networks.
Mr. Horwitz has served as a director and trustee of numerous civic and performing arts organizations and has served on the National Endowment for the Arts and currently serves on the Board of two non-profit organizations, EdWorks, and educational reform services entity, and Cappies, an organization dedicated to encouraging critical writing among high school students. His entrepreneurial endeavors include: re-establishing U.S. commerce with The People`s Republic of China in 1971 and an attempt to purchase the Berlin Wall in 1989.
Mr. Horwitz was also an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at the University of Cincinnati College of Business and a faculty member at Thomas More College in Kentucky. Mr. Horwitz has a BA degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School in Finance and Marketing.
Len Bruskiewitz serves as the Senior Director of Partner Programs for Constant Contact. In this position he is responsible for developing value-added relationships with companies that have large numbers of small business customers (AMEX, Network Solutions, Intuit). His key focus is putting together programs that benefit the SMB market.
Prior to joining Constant Contact in 2006, Mr. Bruskiewitz was President of EagleHeight Consulting. He has served as Vice President of Business Development for NBS Technology Group, Director of Business Development for Kadient and spent nearly 12 years in various roles at Intuit.
Mr. Bruskiewitz has an MBA from the University of San Diego and a BS in Finance/Economics from Boston College.
Douglas Vanemburg is a Human Resources business leader with almost 20 years of global HR management and consulting experience and a successful track record developing business strategies and implementation plans for organizations around their people-related challenges.
Douglas lives in San Francisco and is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources for the IT operation at Kaiser Permanente, which at more than $40B in revenue, is America's largest not-for-profit health maintenance organization.
Prior to Kaiser, Douglas was HR Director as Cisco Systems in a number of their businesses both in Europe and the US. One of his focus areas, which will be valuable in his contributions to vADz, was the development of a next generation workforce strategy through the use of Web tools and other collaboration technologies.
His earlier career included HR roles at Levi Strauss, E&J Gallo Winery and Procter & Gamble. His academic credentials include an M.Ed. in HR Development from Xavier University in Cincinnati, an MBA in Marketing & International Business from the University of Texas, and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri.
Richard O. Coleman is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of NextLevel Transportation Services, LLC. He incorporates his extensive knowledge of supplier diversity issues and over 25 years of finance, management, sales and marketing experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and to spearhead its sales and marketing strategies.
NextLevel Transportation Services, LLC, is a transportation management, operations, and Marketing firm providing a multitude of services for customers and clients.
As CEO and Managing Member Mr. Coleman's responsibilities include identifying corporate partners and acquisition targets; coordinating and leveraging opportunities with business organizations, financial institutions, and legislative leaders; and maintaining relationships with executives within NextLevel's target customers.
Mr. Coleman previously held the title of CEO and Chairman of GenStone Acquisition Company. GenStone was a holding company formed to manage and grow a portfolio of sizeable African American-owned and operated companies. GenStone was the majority owner of NextGen Fiber Optics, LLC, a manufacturer of fiber optic cables, and King Container and Hauling Services, a waste management and transportation company. In his role as GenStone's Managing Member, Mr. Coleman sought out acquisition targets with significant scale and excess capacity.
Prior to establishing GenStone Acquisition Company, LLC Mr. Coleman previously held the title of Executive Vice President of Onyx Capital Ventures, LLC. His duties at Onyx entailed facilitating the growth and development of African American-owned and controlled companies by providing access to equity and other capital in order to build and create African American entities of sufficient scale to service significant public and private companies in a variety of industries.
Before joining Onyx, Mr. Coleman was a Vice President and Registered Investment Advisor with Gradison McDonald Securities, Inc., the investment arm of KeyCorp. His experience includes sales and marketing, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and numerous other securities transactions. Mr. Coleman was an Investment Advisor with A.G. Edwards & Sons before moving to Gradison.
Preceding his work in the finance and mergers areas Mr. Coleman held several positions in the business of real estate, including sales, brokerage and for several years ran a successful residential development company in the Hamptons.
Mr. Coleman presently sits on the corporate Boards of Directors of vADz Inc. and Innovative Power Services, LLC. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of several non-profit organizations, including The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame, The Cincinnati Opera, Northern Kentucky University Foundation, The Small Business Council of the Cleveland Branch of The Federal Reserve Bank, The Economic Center for Education and Research, and the Cincinnati Alumni Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation.
Mr. Coleman received a B.A. in Government / International Relations in 1984 from Beloit College.
George Blake is chairman and CEO of Pridatco Inc. and IOwnMyID.com. He has extensive experience in both constitutional and financial issues. He also is chief news officer of OurTown Media, LLC, and www.OurTown.com.
He formerly was chairman and president of BrandWatch Global Technologies and a financial adviser with AXA. He earned NASD Series 6, 66 and 7 licenses.
Mr. Blake served as the top editor on three newspapers for the Gannett Company (Pacific Daily News, Fort Myers News-Press and The Cincinnati Enquirer), and served as president of the Ohio Newspaper Association, chairman of the Ohio Newspapers Foundation, vice president of the Florida Society of Newspaper Editors and chairman of the national Task Force on Minorities in the Newspaper Business.
He was a board member of the Associated Press Managing Editors and served on and chaired numerous newspaper committees. He has been a guest lecturer at 23 colleges and universities. He is a three-time Pulitzer Prize nominee.
Brian Gillan is a general business law attorney at Wood Lamping, llc in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Gillan graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1985.
Mr. Gillan's law practice focuses on advising small and medium sized privately-held businesses on regulatory, legal and capital formation and operational issues.
His management, labor and employment law practice consists of representing private and public employers in all facets of employment and labor relations matters.
Mr. Gillan is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Cincinnati Public Radio, Inc.
Seth Gersch has 30+ years of experience in the investment banking, securities brokerage and private equity business. He is adept at business restructuring, change management, program development and streamlining operations.
He serves on the Advisory Panel with Fox Paine and Company, LLC., a $1.5 billion Private Equity Fund Manager.
Mr. Gersch also serves on the Board of United America Equity, a national and international provider of excess and surplus lines and specialty property and casualty insurance and reinsurance.
He is on the Board of Paradigm Ltd., a leading provider of enterprise software solutions to the global oil and natural gas exploration and production industry.

Roger Ach is the Managing Member of Chicago West Pullman LLC, a family owned, Cincinnati-based diversified holding company which he formed in 1983. CWP has operated subsidiaries in various transportation, digital media and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Ach is also the creator and CEO of www.OurTown.com, a digital platform of 70,000 hyper-local news sites across every U.S. ZIP Code.
Mr. Ach is the creator and founder of vADz, Inc. an end-to-end digital advertising solution that offers small and medium sized businesses and classified advertisers the opportunity to assemble and distribute professional video advertisements for their products and services.
Mr. Ach has served as Managing Director of Prudential-Bache Securities, Chairman of American Steel and Wire, Chairman of Vortec Corporation. He was a partner at Oppenheimer and Company and an Associate at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Ach was a founding member of Downtown Cincinnati, Inc., Vice President of the Cincinnati Park Board, a member of the Federal Reserve Small Business Advisory Council and a Trustee of the Ohio Rail Development Commission and the Cincinnati Southern Railway.
He served on the Boards of the Cincinnati Film Commission, the Fine Arts Institute, the Cincinnati Chapter of the Leukemia Society, the Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Preservation Association, the Cincinnati Contemporary Arts Center, the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Freestore/Foodbank and ADAS.
Mr. Ach attended Hamilton College in Clinton, New York. He and his wife, Janet, reside in Cincinnati.

Prior to joining Chicago West Pullman, llc, Ms. Meinhardt held various management positions with DuBois Chemicals, a Cincinnati-based specialty chemicals company.
